Citroen has called for greater use of artificial intelligence to tackle Britain's escalating pothole crisis.

Britain’s roads keep the country moving by connecting our towns, cities, ports, businesses, and communities, significantly more so than other developed countries where rail use is more prevalent. Millions of people rely on roads to commute to work, transport goods, access healthcare, visit friends and family.

Yet the condition of our roads has deteriorated so they’re no longer acceptable for a modern, advanced nation.

Citroën’s new Better Roads Manifesto outlines why our roads are deteriorating and sets out six practical proposals to improve Britain’s local road network.
